This afternoon we attended to a house leak on acreage property in Sheldon. A water meter test revealed a leak of 440 litres per day. A pressure test failed. We traced the line and introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer gas before locating the general vicinity to be near the garden shed. Locating leaks on acreage can be challenging given the distance from the water to the house and the number of external garden taps. Our client was happy to conduct the excavation and engage a local plumber to complete the repair in order to save costs .

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
