This afternoon we attended to a house leak of a rental property in Redbank Plains, a water meter test revealed a leak of 3456 litres per day, a pressure test failed which proved there was a concealed leak. After tracing the line and using a combination of compressed air and tracer we located the leak source adjacent to a tree on the front lawn garden bed. We compiled a report including images back to our Property Manager client to organise their maintenance plumber to complete the repair.
