This morning we attended to a concealed water leak at a residential property in Crestmead, one of our plumbers contacted us to assist in locating a concealed leak.

A water meter test and pressure test confirmed a concealed leak.

We traced the line and introduced a mix of compressed air and tracer gas and identified the general vicinity of the leak to be under the concrete driveway.

We drilled a number of pilot holes in the concrete and confirmed the location by noting extremely high gas reading at that location.

We photographed the location spoke to the referring plumber who will now return and complete the repair

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
