This afternoon we attended to a bathroom leak detection in Carindale.

We tested the water supply, conducted a pressure test firstly up to the mixer and then up to the shower head, We then conducted a 15 min drain test on shower waste.

We inspected behind the shower mixer cover plate before conducting a shower base dye flood test which identified a failed seal between the base and the wall tiles. Finally we conducted a simulated shower test.

As well as a hole in the silicone behind the mixer cover plate.shower screen.

We resiliconed both areas advising the occupants to leave for 24 hours curing time.

A written report and video was sent to our client

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
