20 Dec Leak detection on acreage property in Birkdale
This afternoon we attended to a house leak on acreage property in Birkdale. A water meter test revealed a leak 1800 litres per day, a pressure test failed , after tracing the line and using a combination of compressed air and tracer gas we located the likely leak source in the front garden bed.
Our client was on site through out and was briefed as we progressed .
Our client was going to arrange his own plumber to effect the repair.
We provided advice about an insurance claim and a claim from their water provider.
