This morning we attended to a house leak in Wishart, a water meter test revealed a leak of 1080 litres per day.

A pressure test failed.

After tracing the line we introduced a combination of compressed air and tracer gas and located a failed copper/poly joiner at the side of the house.

Our licensed plumber completed the repair, re tested the line which is now secure.

We showed our client the water meter at the end of the job which now shows nil movement.

We provided our client with information to make a claim from their water provider for some of the charges caused by a concealed leak.

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
