This afternoon we attended to a CCTV drain inspection in Mt Gravatt. We were requested to attend after a structural engineer had recommended a full inspection due to movement in the dwelling. We tested the water supply and then conducted CCTV inspection of all the stormwater and sewer drains at the property, finally we conducted a test of the roof gutters and downpipes. We noted a tree root intrusion in the stormwater drain as well as broken earthenware sewer pipe. We located the exact position of both broken drains, marking the spot on the surface including the depth of the pipes. We provided a detailed report including recommendations of the options for repair. A usb drive was also provided containing CCTV footage of all drains inspected including commentary
