This afternoon we attended to a CCTV/leak detection at a home in Woodridge. Our client was experiencing flooding during heavy rains as well as wetness in the lower sub ground portion of the home. We checked the water supply to find it intact. Then conducted CCTV inspection of the sewer and stormwater system. We identified a number of issues with the stormwater drains including blockages, dislodgements and damaged pipe. We located all these on the surface including determining the depth of each drain. We completed the inspection with a written report, usb drive of all CCTV footage and a walk through with our clients of the issues identified.
