We attended to a residential property in Karana Downs, one our structural engineer partners had attended to investigate damage to the garage. They requested we attend to conduct a leak detection of the water supply and CCTV inspection of all stormwater and sewer drains. We first met with the owner and obtained background information. We then tested the water supply line finding it secure. An examination of sewer main was also secure. We did locate two areas of the stormwater drain that was damaged. We marked each spot on the surface including the depth of the pipe. We concluded with a detailed report including photographs, access to CCTV drains inspected and a mud map depicting the location of damaged drains.
