25 Aug CCTV inspection, leak detection unit complex Clontarf
Recently we attended to a leak detection / cctv inspection on a unit complex in Clontarf. Our client had noticed a spike in water usage. We identified the leak quickly being a failed copper pipe feeding the rear unit. We isolated the water supply to that unit and retested the remainder of the line to confirm its integrity. We then continued and conducted a CCTV inspection on the sewer and stormwater drains as a result of structural movement in the building. A full report was compiled with recommendations of priorities for rectification.
