Bathroom leak detection – Crestmead

This afternoon we attended to a bathroom leak detection in Crestmead. We tested the water supply, conducted a pressure test, drain test on shower, vanity, floor waste and bath. We inspected behind the shower mixer cover plate before conducting a shower base dye flood test which identified a failed seal between the base and the shower screen. We re siliconed both areas advising the occupants to leave for 24 hours curing time. A written report and video was sent to our client
