This morning we attended to a vinyl swimming pool leak in Rochedale South , our client purchased the property only a few months ago and it has been loosing water ever since. We checked the 5 way valve on the sand filter before moving to the concealed plumbing. We confirmed the integrity of the return plumbing , The suction side of the plumbing was not secure. Air was heard clearly under the concrete path close to the skimmer box. We hydrophoned and dye tested the pool before testing the integrity of the vinyl liner using our Leaktrac 2400. The liner appeared to be intact. We discussed the options going forward with our client regarding repairing the damaged suction pipe

Trevor and Sam attended my property to detect and repair an underground water pipe leak. They were very professional and experienced with their work. They located the water leak under the concrete slab exactly where it was, using various radar tool and equipment. Once Sam identified the location of the possible leak, Trevor seconded it by doing his own verification. This allow them to neatly cut the concrete slab with precision, minimising any destructive work and damages. They replaced the faulty joints and retested the new connection with compressed air. They were also very meticulous in their work, testing and retesting several times to make sure there is no leak to the new joint, before backfilling it. Definitely gave me great confidence through the entire process, as their experience shows they know what they are doing. Well done guys. Great job!
