We then travelled up to a concealed water leak in Nerangba, our client was seeing water running out from his stormwater drain . We attended and conducted a water meter test which indicated a leak of approximately 1500 litres per day or 1 litre per minute. We conducted a pressure test which failed. After tracing the line and using a combination of compressed air, water and tracer gas located the likely leak source under concrete adjacent to the house . We removed a square section of concrete to find a failed 20mm copper pipe. Our licensed plumber completed the repair, before we retested the line to find it secure.
